NEW FAMILIES

Worship & Music Sundays

REGISTRATION

Registration begins the last full week in January, with priority acceptance given first to church members, second to currently enrolled students and their siblings, and third to children on the waiting list followed by members of the general community.

ACCEPTANCE

Parents will be notified of acceptance into the program by March 1. Parents will receive a mailing in August notifying them of their child’s class placement and teacher’s names, and the date and time of the Parent Orientation Meeting. The Family Handbook, enrollment forms, and school calendar, etc. will be available by mid-August.

SECURITY & PREPAREDNESS

We have state-of-the-art security systems including video cameras with audio in every classroom, hallway, and playground, and key fob access for parents and authorized adults only to enter our buildings.

An Emergency Preparedness Plan, reviewed and updated each year, is posted in every classroom and always with teachers. Teachers also receive annual emergency training.

Teachers always have each child’s emergency information, allergy information and medications with them. They are trained in allergy awareness, CPR and First Aid. The Weekday Preschool is a “nut-free” environment for children with severe allergies.
