School is in and Labor Day is almost here! I think that means summer is officially over and fall is upon us! We are extra busy getting things ready at FPC and can’t wait to see you all very soon!

Coming Up
Join us on September 11 at 10am for a super fun Family Fellowship Sunday School Kickoff!!
- Worship at 9am (Rejoice!) & 11am (Sanctuary) – New sermon series begins AND we’ll start a new Godly Play Children’s Message in worship!
- At 10am- Fellowship, Doughnuts, Coffee, HUGE inflatable slide, AND Nursery Open House! We’ll be on the Courtyard Playground (*NEW LOCATION*). A Special Blend will be in the Welcome Center providing coffee, the slide will be up, and the nursery will be open for you to drop in and meet the staff. It’s going to be great and I hope you’ll join us!
September 18 – Regular Sunday School resumes: Preschool (CORL 304); Kindergarten-2nd grade (CORL 303); 3rd-5th grades (CORL 306). Our Sunday school class for parents with children of ALL ages will also resume in the rear of the Life Center. **This year, we are excited to be introducing a new curriculum called “Follow Me” published by PCUSA. We will be using this curriculum in preschool, elementary, youth, and the Families Growing in Faith Parent class. All ages will be studying the same bible stories and concepts on age appropriate levels!
**We also have a Sunday School class for Parents of all ages & stages that meets in the back of the Life Center and will also be using the Follow Me curriculum this fall! Check it out!
Also September 18 – Join us at the Diaper Bank from 3-5pm! Spaces are limited due to space at the Diaper Bank Warehouse. SIGN UP HERE. **We are continuing to collect diapers as well! Bring your diaper donations to the red wagons on Sundays or the food drive by on Wednesdays!
Saturday, September 24 – Neil’s Meals – We will gather once again to pack meals for hungry children in our community! Meal packing begins at 10am, but come early for fellowship. Children ages 8 and up are welcome to join (accompanied by an adult). More details and SIGN UP HERE.
Looking ahead – we’re bringing back Kids Disciple Club for 3rd-5th graders! We’ll meet on the first Sunday each month and the first one will be October 2 from 3-4:30pm!

Other Notes and Info
When you pick up the kids from school and ask “How was your day?” do you just get a lackluster response? Check out the email attachment! These cards will provide you with a few more in depth conversation starters. Print them and put them on your table or in your car. Let kids and adults each choose one to answer every day and see where the conversation goes! 😊
