Backstories & Backbones: Facing the Future in Faith

Rev. Meg Peery McLaughlin, co-pastor of University Presbyterian Church in Chapel Hill, will be the speaker at our Women’s Overnight Retreat January 27 & 28 at Grandover Resort.

We have a great location and an amazing speaker, now all that is missing is you! More than 120 women have registered so far, and we were able to get an additional block of rooms. Sign up now (see button below) or pick up a paper registration at the Welcome Center desk.

Hear Meg’s thoughts about our theme here.  You can read more about her here.

HERE WE GO!

WHAT TO KNOW!

Why an overnight retreat? More time together will result in more opportunities to grow together in faith, build new relationships, and deepen existing relationships. We’ll have evening activities to connect with other women over shared interests and new discoveries. This dedicated time together will be just what we all need to unplug from our regular lives and recharge our spiritual lives.

How is this different from a one-day retreat? More fun! We’ll be getting away (without the travel hassles!) and getting focused on our faith and fellowship with one another.
