First Presbyterian's Rejoice! worship service begins at 10:30 a.m. each Sunday in the Mullin Life Center.
The music, the dress and the environment at Rejoice! may be different from other First Presbyterian worship services, but our Reformed Presbyterian theology and our belief in the transforming nature of our relationship with Christ will remain the central focus of worship.
Matt Webb leads music for the new service.
Matt comes to us from Westminster Presbyterian Church in Greensboro, where he had served as assistant worship band director for contemporary services and on the worship planning team. He also assisted in Westminster's traditional worship services.
Matt also teaches music at the N.C. School of the Arts.
He also has worked in music at St. Paul’s Episcopal in Winston-Salem and at Wake Cross Roads Baptist in Raleigh and Beck’s Baptist in Winston-Salem.
