Contemplative services

For 30 minutes on Wednesdays during Lent, rest in God with scripture, music, silence, prayer, poetry & spiritual readings. Contemplative services begin at 6 pm in the Sanctuary.

7:30 pm, led by Chancel Choir; lights gradually dim to the moment of darkness with the death of Christ.

The Great Vigil of Easter

7:30 pm, led by Josh Musser Gritter, begins by firelight in the Columbarium.

Discussing how faith has affected our lives with time to share our stories on Sundays, Feb. 18 and 25, in Myers Loyalty Room, Smith 242; hosted by Faith Matters and Homebuilders classes.

A Sacred Write

Find a journal and a favorite pen and explore your spiritual autobiography. Receive the Sacred Write email with a new question each day. You can also attend our A Sacred Write small group on Sundays in the Myers Loyalty Room, behind the Sanctuary, at 9:30 am.

Palm Sunday Processional

Church School children gather at 10:15 am Sunday, March 25, in Mullin Life Center circle for the traditional processional to the Sanctuary.

Weekday Preschool Easter Fellowship

Wednesday, March 28, 9 am, followed by Preschool Chapel at 9:45 am.

Easter Storytime

For preschoolers & families, 1:15 pm, Currie Library near the Welcome Center.

Easter Egg Hunt

Young children meet in Mullin Life Center on Saturday, March 31, at 10 am for breakfast and the Easter story, followed by an egg hunt on our playgrounds. Info: lwitherspoon@fpcgreensboro.org.

Bubbles & Bells

Celebrate new life on Easter Sunday in the Columbarium at 9:45 am. (No regular children’s Church School).
