Jan. 4, 2010 — Biggest losers ever

So what is your bathroom scale telling you? Many of us are probably getting the same story: We overdid it during the holidays.

We're not alone. This week The Biggest Loser will start its next series with its largest contestants ever. The leader is a Chicago deejay who is 30 years old and weighs 526 pounds.

Now, that probably makes us feel just a little better. But our stories are the same as his: We often live out of balance, and we don’t like where that has gotten us.

So, where do we want to be – physically, professionally, emotionally and spiritually? And Who can help us get there?
