Dec. 31, 2009 — One last chance

What if someone walked up to us today and said we had one last chance, and then walked away?

Well, today we all have one last chance. It is New Year’s Eve, and we have one last day to mark in this year of 2009. We could:

• Apologize for mistakes
• Tell someone how much we appreciate them
• Give thanks for who we are and who we have the potential to be.

Our calendar tells us we have one last chance this year. More importantly, it gives us the chance to look upon a new year with a spiritual lens and how God might shape our resolutions for 2010.
