Almost 100 FPC members, working in seven teams, are talking with other FPC members about how we can more fully be the church God is calling us to be. The teams were formed by the Strategic Planning Committee. The committee has been basing its work on the ideas of Episcopal priest and church consultant Tom Ehrich.
During March and April, the teams were hard at work looking at best practices as Tom has identified them, looking at how we do things at FPC and identifying the differences. On April 21, the teams reported their findings to the Strategic Planning Committee, which will incorporate the teams' recommendations into a report to the Session.
