At First Presbyterian Church we honor the many different ways to worship. During the school year, we hold three worship services, each with its own flavor of music and formality, while still connecting you with the same message.
Music occupies a prominent place in worship. FPC’s Ministry of Music offers musical experiences for all members, of all ages, whether you want to sing or play an instrument.
Our theme for Lent 2013 is "40." It is a 40-day spiritual journey that gets us to Easter. There are many opportunities for worship and study during this time.
An important role all churches in a community is to care for those in need. At FPC, there are outreach opportunities for all ages and gifts. From Kids Disciple Club, to youth and adult mission trips, to FPCjobs and Hot Dish & Hope, we serve locally and globally.
It is equally important, when our own members are in need of care, that the community of the church is present. Our Congregational Care ministry is not only composed of our clergy, but all within the congregation, who provide support services where needed.
As a congregation we find it important to give with our time, energy and money. The Grace of Giving, our annual giving campaign, begins October 21 with Commitment Sunday on November 11.
Activies abound all week, on and off campus, for all ages, to come together in the name of Christ.

Our library offers Christian reading material for all ages, and is open during the week and the church school hour.
Our Weekday Preschool Center is a NAEYC accredited morning preschool program, serving children ages 12 months through private kindergarten. First School offers day care to children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.
We are committed to providing a church environment that is safe for children and youth and that will protect them from any abuse when they are involved in church-related activities.
