Children's ministries

 

At First Presbyterian Church, we believe children are not only the future of the church — they are the present! Our hope is that all we say and do reflects this vision and therefore enables our youngest disciples to learn and grow, give and serve, worship and celebrate, connect and play in a meaningful and life-giving way.

 

The Purpose of Our Ministry for Children Birth-Fifth Grade is to:

• Create a welcoming space for children in our church and community to grow in relationship with God and one another.
• Build a foundation of Christian faith and spiritual formation for our youngest disciples that begins a lifetime of loving, serving and worshipping God
• Support parents in their role as the primary Christian educators of their children.
